Position Title:  Clinical Manager

Organization:  Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC)

Location: Asheville, NC

Description:  MAHEC's Family Health Center seeks to fill a full-time position for Clinical Manager for its Family Medicine Residency Training Program.  Primary responsibility is coordination of day-to-day activities of the clinical area under the supervision of the Practice Manager.  Supervises and schedules LPN's/Medical Assistants and radiology staff.

Requirements:  Successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited RN Program, BSN preferred.  North Carolina RN licensure and CPR certification required.  Minimum five years RN clinical experience and two years experience in nursing supervision required.  Requires time management, priority setting and project management proficiency with strong problem-solving and decision making skills.  Ambulatory care and EHR experience strongly preferred.  Experience working with students and residents a definite plus.
 

Salary / Benefits:  Salary range begins at $47, 621; actual salary DOE with excellent benefit package
